We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional campaigns or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, DAN may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts or remains unclaimed, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. DAN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and products so we can assist you promptly.
