Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
A return or replacement may be approved only if:

Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All accessories, promotional items, and packaging must be included.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Replacement Policy
Where appropriate, DAN may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
